On behalf of the Japan Society of Medical Physics (JSMP) and the Organizing Committee of the Japan-Korea Joint Meeting on Medical Physics (JKMP), we invite you to Nagoya, Japan, for the 10th JKMP which will be held on 20-22 Sep 2024 with the previous day's event on 19 Sep. This meeting will be in conjunction with the 128th Scientific Meeting of JSMP and the 68th Scientific Meeting of KSMP.
The theme of this meeting is “We saw the future”. This theme incorporates our hope that all participants will leave the venue feeling like “I saw the future!”. We are planning a number of symposiums and special lectures on themes that will lead to the future of medical physics. The Japan-Korea Joint Meeting has been held alternately in Japan and Korea almost every three years since the first Seoul meeting in 1996, and this year marks the 10th time. With the COVID-19 pandemic subsided, this meeting will be held in-person for the first time in 7 years. More than 500 participants are expected.
I hope all participants will share warm friendship in Nagoya in September.

On behalf of the Korean Society of Medical Physics (KSMP) and the Organizing Committee of the 10th Japan-Korea Joint Meeting on Medical Physics (JKMP), I am delighted to extend a warm invitation to you. This significant event, set to take place from September 20 to 22, 2024, is held in conjunction with the 68th Scientific Meeting of the Korean Society of Medical Physics (KSMP) and the 128th Scientific Meeting of JSMP.
As we come together in Nagoya, Japan, for this distinguished event, my deepest thanks go to all those in attendance. This collaboration between our respected societies, KSMP and JSMP, symbolizes a major step forward in international cooperation and cutting-edge advancements in the field of medical physics.
Our chosen theme, "We Saw the Future!", perfectly encapsulates our shared commitment to pioneering and shaping the future landscape of medical physics. Since our inaugural assembly in Seoul in 1996, we have proudly provided a platform for intellectual exchange and innovation, and this year is no exception.
